Quantum Diamond Microscope
Quantum Diamond Microscope
The Quantum Diamond Microscope (QDM) positions flake diamond containing nitrogen-vacancy (NV) color centers in close proximity to the sample surface, enabling wide-field, high-resolution imaging of internal vector magnetic fields via optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) and advanced optical microscopy. This technology supports applications such as microwave magnetic field imaging, integrated circuit failure analysis, rock magnetism studies, magnetic material characterization, and biomagnetic imaging.
